COGNISYN provides a cooperative optimization platform using quantum game theory on classical compute. Our services include API access for multi-property optimization, materials discovery tools, and related analytical capabilities.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API credentials or account information provided to you.
The COGNISYN platform — including the Baba is Quantum grammar engine, the Care operator, the Hamiltonian framework, the interference-based memory architecture, and all related source code — is the proprietary intellectual property of Cognisyn Inc. All website content, including text, graphics, documentation, and technical descriptions, is copyrighted material of Cognisyn Inc. The publicly available demonstration application and website describe the platform's capabilities but do not constitute a license to the underlying technology. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our technology or content without prior written consent.
Access to the COGNISYN API is subject to usage limits and terms as defined in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access for misuse or violation of these terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. COGNISYN does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cognisyn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
